Joe Magnotti brings 20+ years delivering, installing, selling and servicing hot tubs. He understands the decisions made before a tub reaches the backyard, the practical demands of installation and the care it needs over the years. That experience informs his approach to diagnosis and hot tub repair.
Nova Spa Cleaning is owner-operated, not a call center. We are based in Herndon, Virginia, with service areas across Northern Virginia and in Potomac, Maryland. Repair is the core of the work, and cleaning, drain and refill and maintenance plans sit alongside it.
Customers often mention the practical maintenance advice they get along the way: how to read the water, when to rinse a filter, how to handle the cover and what small habits keep a tub trouble free. Joe would rather you need him less often.
