How this website handles the details you send and the technical information it generates.
The quote form asks for your full name and email address, which are required. You may also add a phone number, your town, the service you need and a message, which are optional. We only receive what you choose to type into those fields.
When you submit the form, your details are saved in a PostgreSQL database hosted for this website. The website then attempts to send an email notification through Resend to the two recipients designated by the website operator. The email includes the details you submitted, including town and service, the website name, the website URL and an inquiry reference. If email delivery is unsuccessful, the saved inquiry remains in the database.
The website operator and people authorized to use the protected inquiry panel can access saved inquiries and export them as a CSV file. Resend processes inquiry details to send notifications to the designated recipients. Those recipients and their email providers receive the notification copies. Hosting and storage providers process information to operate the website.
Like most websites, the hosting environment may record technical logs such as requests, addresses and timestamps while serving pages and handling form submissions. These logs exist for running and securing the site.
Some pages embed a Google Maps view. When a page with a map loads, your browser connects to Google to display it, and Google handles that connection under its own policies.
The website application does not run analytics scripts or set a visitor cookie. People signing in to the protected inquiry panel receive an HTTP only administrator session cookie that expires after eight hours. Embedded services may process technical information or use cookies under their own policies.
To limit repeated form submissions and password attempts, the website stores a hashed network identifier, attempt counts and expiration timestamps. This information supports abuse prevention. Inquiry content and passwords are not written into the application request logs.
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish visitors from automated spam. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for verification. The server sends the verification token and your network address to Cloudflare to validate the submission. Cloudflare processes verification information under its own privacy policy. Verification tokens and the hidden spam check field are not saved with your inquiry.
We use inquiry details to read your request and respond to it. We do not use the form to sign you up for anything else.
Saved inquiries are retained in the website records unless removed by the website operator. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for those inquiry records. Notification copies are also subject to the retention practices of Resend, the designated recipients and their email providers.
You can browse the service information without sending an inquiry. Phone, town, service and message fields are optional. Do not include payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in the message field. If you have a question about information you submitted, describe the request through the website inquiry form without adding unnecessary personal details.
