I found Joe through a quick google search. We recently purchased our home that came with our hot tub. Once I called he was able to come out the same day to do a full drain / scrub / chemical balance and quite frankly show us how to be hot tub owners. He took an intimidating accessory purchase for us into an enjoyable added bonus to our home! He showed us the easy maintenance plan and sent the links for the few chemicals we needed to purchase to keep things in good shape. Even educated us on appropriate temperatures for all ages. So glad we found Nova Spa Cleaning!

Joe is very professional. He spent hours deep cleaning my tub, filters, and changed to new chemicals. He also offer to share spa maintenance tips with the owners. I would use Nova to clean my spa again!

For the last 2 years, I have had the pleasure of using Nova Spa Cleaning's services, and am thoroughly impressed. Joe and his team not only cleaned my hot tub to perfection but also performed some much-needed repairs on the seals after it had been winterized and turned off for an extended period. While it can sometimes be a bit challenging to find a suitable time slot due to their high demand and stellar reputation, their care about delivering top-notch service makes them worth the wait. Joe demonstrated a deep understanding of hot tub maintenance and repair. He not only addressed the issues I pointed out but also provided valuable advice on how to keep my hot tub in optimal condition moving forward. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft were evident every step of the way. After the service was complete, my hot tub looked and felt like new again. Joey is excellent to work with. Previously, another hot tub company did not tell us (or could not for lack of experience?) what our issue was with the hot tub, a type of mold which Joey recognized immediately. Not only did they come out the same day I called,but they gave a ton of great recommendations on products to use and saved me hundreds of dollars on possible other repairs that I thought might need to make. I knew our hot tub was in sad shape when I called Joe. It had been a while since we tended to it so I was sure it needed a drop clean. Joe was out within a couple days to clean the tub. It took a few hours but it was super clean. And he did it for the price he quoted on the phone, no BS about issues he came across while cleaning... like so many others do. He even hooked us up with a place not too far away where we could get a new spa cover same day. And this was all on the day before Thanksgiving, no less!! Joe will always be our hot tub guy!

I had a great experience with Joey. The water in my spa was always foamy and cloudy (the culprit, I'm sure was the "Frog-ease" system, which I know many people swear by but it had been a pain in the butt for me from day 1 - that's a subject for a different review in another place). Anyway, I had done the cleaning and refilling myself in the past but I really thought the spa needed a professional's touch. Joey was that guy! Very fast, knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on what chemicals to use, how often, etc. It's been more than 2 weeks and my water quality is great! What a difference! I'm sure I will hire him again.

I talked with owner, Joey on the phone and he was quick to ask all great questions which as a new hot tub owner..I didn’t have answers to. When he arrived that same day, I was so happy of the AWESOME service he provided. He was so patient, kind, and helped explain how to keep my old hot tub in working/safe order, and set us up for success. He even went out of his way to give me guidelines and advice on buying a new cover, switching chemicals for a healthier blend, and how to maintain cleaning our hot tub. Bottom line is, I never need to worry when an issue comes up or I have any questions. Joey is the best, I highly recommend and we are so glad he covers the Haymarket area! Thanks so much! The service was outstanding! Joey is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through spa maintenance and what to expect. He sent me detailed notes as a reminder as well. On one of the hottest days of the year, he meticulously drained and scrubbed our unit for hours and got it better than new. I would highly recommend this company and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Our spa was neglected do to a house fire that was caused by the spa cover which was destroyed in the fire. With no cover the spa was opened to the elements for at least three seasons. After our house was rehabilitated, we had a cause to either buy another spa or try to rehab it as well. This is where Nova Spa Cleaning received the 5 star service. After their cleaning the spa looked 100% better and the water was crystal clear! After the cleaning and using the spa regularly, we had Joey and his crew come back out for a service cleaning. Again water is back crystal clear and spa looks great! So glad we found them by Google'ing spa services in our area. If you have a spa and would like to keep it in tip-top shape, don't hesitate in giving them a call. Pleased customer.

Finally! This is the the right choice for fast friendly service. Joey took the time to simplify things for me. He knows his stuff and is happy to share his knowledge while flexing his skills. My spa is sparkling clean and running like new. Joey got us ready for the season and in record time. I can't believe I wasted so much time and money on other guys, who didn't do half the job that Joey did. So glad to have found Nova Spa Cleaning.

As a newbie spa owner, I was clueless about what to do. I moved into a house with a hot tub that had stood unused for a number of years. Joey set it up for me and guided me through the maintenance requirements. He was able to troubleshoot some problems and reached out to secure what was needed to address the problem. Then directed me to suppliers for just the chemicals and other products I needed. I even got a friendly reminder for some follow-on actions I needed to take. I requested a service visit to check the chemical balance of the water in my hot tub. I expected it might take about 10-15 minutes. Instead, what I received from Joe was a full functions test of every facet of the hot tub, to include checking and cleaning the filter, testing all the jets and other auxiliary functions, the mode and temperature control panel, everything! Once that was complete, I was walked through the purpose of every chemical I had on hand, and the pros and cons of using each. Joe even provided a bottle of chlorine, which I did not have, at no charge. Finally, the chemical test was performed, and I was provided detailed guidance on how to ensure the proper functioning and chemical balance, both orally and written, for future reference. After spending a patient hour with me, answering every question I had and providing me information I would have never thought to inquire about, the charge was only $100.00. I have on several occassions paid far more for service visits after receiving far less assistance. I cannot recommend Joe and NOVA Spa Cleaning more enthusuastaiclly for any spa/hot tub need!!

Joey was extremely professional, showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning out our tub! Our hot tub had been sitting for over two years empty, he came out twice and helped us get it back on track, now we are enjoying it and life couldn’t be better! We will definitely be using him again!
